VALUE-ADDED MEMBERSHIP
eClinical Forum membership allows the participation in events geared towards sharing ideas on best practices in eClinical. A company (not an individual) can become a member (see details below). This will allow any number of people in a member organization to view the Members-only section of the website, have access to Members-only materials, and participate in monthly Birds-of-a-Feather teleconferences or subgroup activities. All member companies are given one seat at each face-to-face worshop (Spring and Autumn in both US and EU), with the pharma (Core) members given extra bonus seats. All of these activities are geared toward keeping members connected throughout the year, and in facilitating continued discussion between member companies on issues related to technology support for clinical research.
Ask us!!! To truly understand the value of eClinical Forum membership, it is best to ask a member! Please see our list of members as well as what they are saying about the eClinical Forum under the "About the eCF" tab.
How do we compare?? The eClinical Forum continues to bring great value to it’s members for a reasonable fee. A yearly membership fee covers all activities (no per-meeting fee is required). We have attempted to compare the value of an eClinical Forum membership to that of other organizations operating in this same industry.
The eClinical Forum Standard Membership will allow for each member company to send one person to the Spring and Autumn Workshops/Meetings (plus an additional person to one of these) as well as any number of people from the member company attending the 10 monthly telecon/webinar discussions. In addition, any number of people from the member company can participate in the topic subgroups. Since there are no other organizations that have unlimited member-company participation in out-of-meeting activities, we’ve used a comparison of 2 people for this analysis. In addition, one needs to keep in mind that the comparitive organizations listed below also derive funding by allowing commercial solicitation of their members through exhibit space at meetings. The eClinical Forum is non-commercial and non-profit and does not endorse any commercial products or provide any venue for marketing of their members, allowing for free sharing of information among all members.
